The team is collaborative, supportive, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. Leadership is approachable and transparent, and there’s a clear effort to keep everyone aligned. The environment is fast-paced and dynamic, which makes the work engaging and far from repetitive. There’s also a strong culture of flexibility which I really value.
Cons
As the company continues to grow, some processes are still being defined, which can occasionally lead to ambiguity. However, this is also part of the great opportunity to shape and improve things.
