Supportive, people-first culture with growth opportunities - Associate Product Manager Leegality Employee Review

I am working at Leegality since last 2 years and can vouch for its amazing work environment which is hard to find in Indian start-up ecosystem. Here are a few pros:- 1. It's a customer first company with a collaborative work culture and all team members are easily approachable without any barriers. 2. Founders and Co-founders are very energetic and open to experimenting with new ideas that can help make product better and are highly receptive to their customers demand for new product features. 3. One best thing about Leegality is the fact that they trust their employees and there is a sense of clarity which prevails with respect to company's vision, mission and what they want to achieve as an organisation. 4. Another pros of working at Leegality is immense amount of cross-functional learning which you get exposed to a day to day basis as you get an opportunity to converse with team members from different educational background. 5. Apart from this, company has a growth mindset and is uniquely positioned in terms of it's product offerings. 6. As an employee, you will always feel recognised and rewarded by the top management based on your work performance. Also, the payscale is as per industry standard and highly competitive.

I can't think of any downsides as such and the company has all traits to become a unicorn SaaS startup in the years to come.
