Pros
Great people there. Würstchen and Brezeln on Fridays. High-tech devices, whatever you need for your professional work (at least in my department). Nice environs, good infrastructure.
Cons
That terrible German-style working time checking. You have to be there exactly 41 hours a week, no more, no less, the machine by the door is watching every step of yours. Sometimes I escaped and took long walks on the riverside.
