Pros
Most staff are friendly. If you do not speak English and/or desperately need a job, pretty easy to get employment in production factory. Very basic work (in not great conditions) but atleast it is some form of income.
Cons
Pay is very low. Upper management not great. Culture is toxic. Environment and conditions for production staff is poor. High staff turnover, very few staff actually know what they are doing.
