    Some of the best, kindest, most supportive and inclusive colleagues, team work is a huge focus. The environment within the teams as well as collectively is so inclusive and supportive and as approx 80% of employees are not British nationals, everyone is very understanding of what it’s like to move abroad.     Wide variety of queries, work, etc; friendly colleagues.

    Cons

    Some of the work targets can be unrealistic; There can be issues for colleagues when they need to wait for help from someone with a higher permission level in a certain app before they can finish the request they're dealing with.

    See cons - all colleagues need to have easier access to some of the apps.
