      Historically good pay, good benefits and a solid work environment with a decent management infrastructure.

      Cons

      Political issues in regards to the merger between historic liftoff and vungal and Blackstone.

      Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and willing to discuss ideas regardless of who you are. Great inclusive culture from the top down
