Everyone is willing to assist or help other co-workers with any problems that may arise. The Managers and Supervisors are very knowledgeable about their jobs and guide you every step of the way. No question is left unanswered. Also, they treat their workers extremely well. Lunch is provided twice a week, coffee, fresh fruit. Atmosphere is ;pleasant. No one ever raises their voices. Such a wonderful place to work, sorry that I could not take a job offer there full time, but my plans were to move back to Las Vegas as New Jersey is a very expensive place to live. New Jersey was only a temporary place for me to go back to live. Vegas is where I want to be and here I am.
Cons
The Real Estate Market is a very difficult one to predict. The owner and management make the right decisions when it comes to investing the stockholder's money. Return on investments pay extremely well along with dividends.
