- Its a startup so can get quite hectic at times. - You do need to put in extra hours but the company makes sure they recompense you for your time where/how they can. - Growing Very Fast (HyperGrowth)- Growth can be painful but also exhilarating - Recruitment process is not fast enough to cope with the demand. - Lead times to get clients live can be very aggressive - Need more staff all around.
