      Working at Lipscomb is such a joy. The students are extremely kind and are lovely to work with. Lipscomb is driven by purpose and working here has given my life meaning & added value.

      Cons

      Pay is low and resources are stretched thin. Good employees are often stretched thin. Limited opportunities for growth.
