    Pros

PTO. Most coworkers. Relationship with customers and professionals.

    Cons

Discount used to be 10% above cost. Now it’s just 10% total transaction. Kills your body- company pushes safety while understaffing the stores. Creates an Insane work load and Sometimes it’s impossible to find help lifting especially after 5pm. Associates consistently put themselves at risk in order to complete the amount of tasks. No support from management. They are spread thin and untrained. Out of touch corporate management. Environment is toxic. Push sales and surveys but they don’t support the associates or provide the staffing in order to reach goals. We lose more money from associates taking short cuts, not being properly trained, not properly processing damaged merchandise and constantly losing sales from dissatisfied customers. Wages haven’t increased compared to other box stores. Our CEO has doubled his pay in the millions but then gives out a whopping $200!bonus that was taxed in a attempt to improve morale. Stores like Walmart or menards pay much higher wages. Absolutely no work/life balance.
