I first noticed something wasn't right when most if not all financial dealings for this company is handled by one person (using a fake name) in India. Obscene amounts of money taken for flights, yet flights are not confirmed. They are held for 48 hours then released but the customer thinks they have secure flights. Then Luxtripper tries to get flights cheaper later (most times failing) and tells the customer the airline messed up. Hotel reservations not paid for. Customers not allowed to check in on arrival. Tours not paid for. This company literally works hand to mouth. Some shady transactions with India & Sri Lanka. Management pretending it is a great place to work but in reality I've seen more than 22 people leave within the last 4 months. Management don't care. It's all about the money. Don't be fooled by any good reviews here. They make the outsourced staff write reviews to counteract any negative ones.
