Pros
Provide free lunch, afternoon tea and dinner, lots of snack in the pantry. Around 2 months extra bonus and 13 months guarantee salary. Have team building activity on every quarter. Attractive free gift during festival.
Cons
People are rude and impolite, always speak foul language. No documented policy, procedure, standard and guide, your boss is always right. Must back to office before 9:30, leave after 19:00, even those your official working hour is 09:00-18:00 in the contract. If you don't agree, you will be terminated. Must install their company apps in your mobile and actively use, otherwise you will get the warning letter.
