Pros

Met lovely people. Had an amazing work-life balance at one point, with flexibility to WFH. Used to love working here - it makes me so so sad it’s not the same as it was.

Cons

The pay was abysmal. No progression. New management are really inflexible. Want things done their way and aren’t willing to listen to the people that work on the ground! Weird atmosphere in office - everyone seems in a mood. Once asked in an all-hands what the plan was to tackle the cost of living crisis for employees- in which the CEO replied ‘what do you want me to do about it’.
