Pros
Supportive environment within the PMs and PCs aka the general workforce. It's nice to have someone to lean on and build working relationships with, especially since you spend so much time together The work is interesting and changes often, so you'll never be bored
Cons
As soon as management is involved, it's an absolute disaster. It's all about numbers and how to get there. Failure is not an option or you're reprimanded. Pto is a luxurious dream. They claim they want you to take your time, but only if it doesn't effect their bottom line. If you're given a company phone, it's in their policy/handbook that you are on al 24/7. So even if you're lucky enough to take pto, you have to be available. 60hrs is the average work week. They refuse to get with the times in regards to remote work, even though we've more than proven we are just as productive remote as in office.
