Pros
- Team can have agreements in anything together separated from main BU - Flexible time - Canteen and coffee shop within office area - Playtorium -- activity space
Cons
- Company management still stick to old-fashioned management style. e.g. employee will be classified in A, B, or C as a position of the employee. - Slow process when request for a new item/repair/replace/substitute. Many documents and people to printed and sign them. - Barely available seats. Many have to sit in canteen. - You can't practically open Facebook or YouTube longer than 10 seconds or someone will take a photo and send them to your boss although the rule didn't indicated that. But you can play the pool as long as you like during work.
