Some very nice people but Most program managers are rude and entitled to their coworkers they think only their work matters maybe because the president thinks too
Cons
Company still operates like it did 20 years ago does not keep up with changes worst benefits I ever saw at a company: 10 days vacation until 5 years, 2% 401k match, no yearly bonus only managers get a bonus????????? Never seen this at a company, you have to work when sick, no flexible schedule, low pay, high insurance just terrible Feels like a prison Only "good" for managers And they won't tell you about any of this before you are hired
