Pros
montezuma has very good benefits and the pay is not bad the people i work with are good people at least the hourly ones. The machinery in the tool room is good but outdated.
Cons
a lot of lay offs recently managment farms in friends for managment jobs everything managment does is to help thier friends not the company. the work at montezuma is dirty and the operators get away with it. Managment is good at telling you what you need to improve but will not help you by telling you how to improve. Montezuma would be a good place to work if you can ignore managments ego
