Great company, but nothing great about the franchise business owners their management is so toxic.
Cons
Toxic environment long hours. Working some weekends even tough its not on your contract and they want you to start at at least 30 mins before the store opens up and finish 30 mins after the store closes so basically your working 1 hour over time everyday which this is not stated on your contract. They force you to take 30 mins lunchbreaks rather than legal 1 hour break and if you challenge on taking 1 hour break they will threaten firing you. If your desperate for a job go for it but let me tell you that they will use your desperation for their egoistic benefits treating you like a slave. Working at a restaurant as a waiter is far better than working at this company, at least you get your tips and paid fairly even if you go over time.
