I have been working at Manpower (Less than a year)

    Pros

none that can think of, messes you about with wages can get rid of you at the drop of a hat and will break your contract with them when it comes to the deadline to be offered a perm contract from the company you are working for throught them.

    Cons

messes you about with wages( short pays you doesn't credit the hours they owe you they pay you different rates to the rest of your team despite being all on the same shifts and with manpower from the same date) can get rid of you at the drop of a hat and will break your contract with them when it comes to the deadline to be offered a perm contract from the company you are working for throught them.

    Advice to Management

get people who know what they are doing to do the wages and when you are clocking in for 40 hours a week but only getting paid for 36 hours someone isn't doing their job properly
