      Pros

They hire great people with experience. Sensible and likeable people in charge. Nice offices and locations

      Cons

Maybe not as advanced in some areas as other RPO but there is definitely an emphasis on doing things right and not engaging in a 'race to the bottom' on costs like others

        Pros

This company was fantastic to work for. They have a lot of integrity and endless SMEs.

        Cons

Salary was on the low side.

          Pros

*Variety of positions to fill which leads to self-learning & self growth. *You will learn to be your biggest champion & motivator. *The other teams you hire for will keep you going & renew your faith in your role.

          Cons

If you are in TA and seeking a place of encouragement and growth where you feel overall valued & value, this would not be it. *Micromanaged environment that is not based on rewarding real results. *You will spend half of your life answering questions on Teams & praising others. *Mgmt. seasonally designates favorites and they will suffocate you with their embellished results. *The (newer) “management team” responds to you when they need something, & do not promote safe communication or team camaraderie & are weirdly competitive with each other & their teams. *Leadership is stone-cold, does not address issues and only cares if you’re on their special list. *If you actually produce, you may be expected to take on other’s work, in other verticals, while they do “other” things that aren’t as intense. *It is a well-known fact that results are manipulated to justify, unjustly promotions and hires. *High output typically does not get rewarded with anything but more work. On the contrary, barely producing recruiters & personality hires are continually glorified. *It is preferred that you act like an overly zealous cheerleader or just be completely agreeable, in any crazy, failing scenario. *Do not expect an elevated level of professional development as time goes by. *Disorganization. You will be busier than your manager and your role & volume could change on any given day. Uninspiring place to be. If you are not affected by environment whatsoever, this could be an option.

        Interview Tips

Feel free to post any interview questions you might be asked and I’ll help you compose an effective response :)

VP of Sales/director of Business Development

During the first screening interview I have been asked at times about my job search status and if I am talking to others. While this is probably a question they have no right to ask, I wonder if there is a right or wrong answer. If I say I am interviewing with 2-3 companies, they may feel it is not worth the extra effort to continue the discussion. If I say I am not actively interviewing, it may be a negative sign. Any idea about where they are coming from? (WFH & free agent for a while)

Hello! I have two interviews, one tomorrow & another one on Friday. I'm preparing cause I feel that I'm not very good at them & I hate that. So, I'm researching, taking notes & praying a whole lot lol! Is it okay to refer to notes during an interview? Should I ask interviewer if it's okay? I wanna do my best & feel it'll help some ... a little more confidence I guess!
