      Pros

      Wow! Marketplace Homes is my absolute best job ever! The work environment is great! The employees are loyal, dedicated and passionate about what they do. The process that we use is very innovative and forward thinking. The CEO cares deeply for the people, the company and the industry.

      Cons

      The only thing that I can consider is heath benefits. I do think all of the positives certainly overcome this.

      - Not micromanaged - Internal promotion opportunities - Ethical company. you can feel good about the work you do because we are encouraged to act in our clients and tenants best interests
