    Pros

Security, well know brand. Was a great place to work great people team spirit. I was proud to work there!

    Cons

Lack of flexibility not rewarded /valued for long service management team don't respect experience when you get to 50 they just won't you to leave to make room for younger people. Policy for transferring to others store regions is non existent and not encouraged.

    Advice to Management

Remember the values that m&s had for its employees which are non existent now.The business was built on great product and great service not bullying and lack of empathy by graduates you need to train them to be people managers not just look at commercial issues
