    Pros

    I met amazing friends, they were flexible around my exams for university and i gained great hospitality experience, my health and safety and barista qualification.

    Cons

    The customers can be hard work, weren't understanding when under staffed, which was frequent. Management came up with ideas to 'improve', but it just hindered the quicker processes and methods.

    One of the many advantages of working within a well established company was the fantastic training system as well as the feeling of pride within an huge company striving for ethically sourced products and aiming towards a zero waste output

    Cons

    The lack of integration with established long term staff caused feelings of uncertainty
