I worked at Marks & Spencer full-time for more than 4 years

    Pros

I met amazing friends, they were flexible around my exams for university and i gained great hospitality experience, my health and safety and barista qualification.

    Cons

The customers can be hard work, weren't understanding when under staffed, which was frequent. Management came up with ideas to 'improve', but it just hindered the quicker processes and methods.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees when they say they are under staffed,
