    No Opinion of CEO

I have been working at Marks & Spencer full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Good environment, fair people policies, trusted brand, reasonable benefits

    Cons

Lack of direction and strategy means things change constantly, but with lack of positive results. Money wasted on ideas that are not scaleable and don’t drive sales.

    Advice to Management

Listen to the customer and store colleagues more. Women’s fashion has had the same problems for years and it needs to be led by someone who understand and and loves product.
