    Cons

    Lack of direction and strategy means things change constantly, but with lack of positive results. Money wasted on ideas that are not scaleable and don’t drive sales.

    One of the many advantages of working within a well established company was the fantastic training system as well as the feeling of pride within an huge company striving for ethically sourced products and aiming towards a zero waste output

    The lack of integration with established long term staff caused feelings of uncertainty
