    asked to work practically everywhere in store even if you are only trained in one area e.g food hall staff asked to work on clothing (maybe just in understaffed stores)

    One of the many advantages of working within a well established company was the fantastic training system as well as the feeling of pride within an huge company striving for ethically sourced products and aiming towards a zero waste output

    Cons

    The lack of integration with established long term staff caused feelings of uncertainty
