- Most coworkers are kind and friendly
Cons
- Terrible pay which is justified by the 20% discount - Lack of developmental opportunities/recognition for hardworking employees - Under-qualified and unprofessional managers - Constantly asked to work overtime due to understaffing - Forced to work additional hours over Christmas and New Year, not allowed any holiday - Payment system is outdated and highly confusing! Overtime was always incorrect/missing from payslip You're paid one month in advance, when you leave you owe M&S money Took over a month and a half to receive my P45, customer service were beyond unhelpful
