On paper?? Friday half day, Toy distribution. Good office location.
Cons
There is no half friday in India. Even on week days it doesn't close before 8.00pm. you are expected to be in office by 8.00 am. Your are clocking more than 70 hrs. Work life balance goes for toss when tour on phone and emails whole day on week days. Reported numbers are manipulated and not to be questioned. No ERP. Everything is excel based. Toys as a category is sinking.
