Pros
Having been at GRAPH for ~1.5 years, there are a few reasons I have very much enjoyed my time so far at the firm: Content: - Clients choose GRAPH because of its strategic focus, which it successfully applies to a variety of sectors and as a result, gives consultants the opportunity to explore a range of interesting topics - The projects typically range from 4-6 weeks, meaning that there are constantly new challenges, which is great Clients: - Working for large PE firms and corporates means you get to work with clients who ask smart, difficult questions, and this is both exciting and intellectually challenging - Partners are keen for consultants to be involved in presentations, sharing the knowledge they have learnt throughout the project, which is a fantastic learning opportunity Values: - For a small firm, I am always impressed at how well GRAPH's values are strongly felt and communicated by all - This is reflected in the focus on strategy, and the open comms from the senior team around where the business is headed
Cons
Part of the fun of working in a small firm is that you grow with the firm, but some may see this more "on-the-job" approach to learning as a downside - which I definitely don't!
