I just got hired so I don't really have any cons to the job as of now. So far I really like the job and the opportunity to work there.

Pros

Manger is awesome, truly one of the few I have worked with that really belong in the position.

Cons

Everyone above him aren't, the regional management have unrealistic and no real idea of each stores process let alone willing to allow for proper training
