      There is a family feel to working here, you actually get to see the owners; big advantage over a corporate environment. Most of management has been promoted from within the organization.

      No downsides that I can think of.

      Clean albeit dull office setup, fancy coffee machine,

      Cons

      Parking is a mile away so you have to take their shuttle which may or may not show up on time, asinine corporate rules that have no point, accounting managers play favorites, low yearly salary compared to how many hours they make you work, high turnover
