      I Learned a lot during the period i was working there. The people are talented and the atmosphere is great.

      The company is still a typical ad network without any product or something that brings added value except the service they provide.

      Pros

      great place to learn the video world, been around for 14 years, start salary is good for beginners, has the best home-mother that makes the best food and there's always a healthy option

      Cons

      Has no technologies, not a lot of room to grow, the management doesn't see their employees, they only see them as money makers machines.

      Pros

      young atmosphere, hiring really good people that are fun to work with. you my feel free to say your mind and creativeness is appreciated. Great place to get experience in the ad-tech industry.

      Cons

      executive management is hard to reach, and many projects get held back unprofessionally - that is really disappointing.
