      Great place to work if you like being given responsibility and freedom to bring your own ideas to the table. The working atmosphere is nice and relaxed and at the same time each individual is very committed to achieve the company’s goals.

      At times there has been a lack of leadership and guidance.

      Pros

      I've been working for MeetingPackage.com little over one year now and enjoying every bit of it. Very multicultural environment with good career opportunities. Fast moving environment, where you can impact on the end results of the company.

      Cons

      Sometimes very hectic, since MeetingPackage.com is fast moving Start Up. Might be bit stressful, if you are not a start up person.

      Pros

      Very vast variety of tasks and lot of responsibility on all departments. NIce to feel that you have an effect on issues

      Cons

      Commuting to work. Damn busses don't run on schedule. Shower on the work plae would be nice too as it would be good to run to the office in the morning.
