      Pros

      Before it used to be a great company to work for with great management. Employees are so lazy and management is very poor. No raises to adjust for cost of living and employees are very lazy with no work ethic. It looks like the company will be out of business very soon. I hope none of their contract get renewed

      Cons

      No HR constantly being micromanaged Poor severance pay CEO sticks his nose into everything Only promote individual with sycophantic behaviour

      Pros

      Great for gaining resume experience. Management is friendly, understanding and accomodating. Great for newcomers to canada

      Cons

      No opportunity to move up. Management hires friends and family for bigger positions. Seems like some of the higher management is ready to retire and have lost their ambition. Very low moral among employees because there's no hope to grow.
