Great colleagues. There is a lot of talent and many people to learn from. The atmosphere is relatively relaxed. Supervisors are understanding and management is approachable.
Cons
Workload can be heavy and unpredictable at times. Some weeks you are expected to work 60+ hours without any warning. Compensation is average and doesn't always make up for the long hours required.
