      Pros

      Pretty flexible, casual environment, people are generally nice

      Cons

      Low pay, very limited budget for everything, bureaucratic, antiquated technology, too many changes in leadership and restructuring, the company only cares about its growth and bottom line, inefficient processes, lots of outsourcing, VERY unorganized, you never know where you can go if you want to get something done.

      Pros

      Remote flexibility, which is nice.

      Cons

      You will not get a raise and if you do, it'll be 1%. Managers will not help you with escalating issues, you're on your own. It'll be blamed on you. You'll work so much overtime you won't have a social life.
