    Very Centralised mentality, American dictatorship style, US suppliers, Service-Now, Shared Services, and how all of their Global decision have negative impacts for some of our the distinct regions.

    Consistently low for base pay compared to the market, and bonus opportunity for levels below Partner is rarely above 2 months pay
