      No "red tape", direct access to the owner of the company, health benefits, matching 401k, generous bonus structure, and great team environment.

      Toilet, radio, front door, windows

      Cons

      Basic holiday, sick pay, pension, do as I say not as I do attitude, manage with fear, directors happy to line thier pockets at the expensive of staff and customers I would advise heavily against working for them, find a decent company that cares about its staff
