The CEO was ABUSIVE, she would gaslight employees and manipulate people emotionally to get from them what she wanted. The payment was below average and you were expected to perform above and beyond otherwise you would be manipulated to feel less than others or like you were not doing enough. Please stay away from the people who founded this company, they are still out there and their behaviors haven't changed.
