      Other employees are great people to work with Overtime is always plentiful

      Cons

      Management needs to look at there people inside the organization and improve on the managers they keep Loyalty...there is none do a great job come up with ideas then get punished for them, or someone else will take your idea from you and claim it is theirs

      Pros

      Good money if you're getting overtime.

      Cons

      Do not expect to have a life outside of working and sleeping. Long hours 7 days a week. High turnover in lower level employees. They "Hire from within" not based on who can actually do the job they need, but based off of who has been there longer. They say that they have "voluntary" overtime, but that depends on what building you're in and who your supervisor is. I was working 70-84 hours a week. With no A lot of non-English speakers.
