Beware - Sales Microchip USA Employee Review

MUSA has great vibes all around. There's plenty of work to keep you busy throughout the day, no matter your role. My role is challenging but rewarding at the same time. My team knows how to have a good time while also hitting our metrics and expectations. My manager is approachable and always has my best interests in mind. Even though there's a lot of work to be done, there's also a lot of fun to be had too. There are video game stations, a ping-pong table, shuffleboard, air hockey, and more. The events that MUSA plans are fun, too! The office is located in a good spot, so it's always fun going out during lunch break to try different food spots or to run errands that I don't have time for during the work week. The traffic can be pretty bad...but that's typical when you work in the city. I enjoy coming to work every day. I like the team I'm on and am excited to contribute to MUSA's success.

There have been some leadership changes recently, but I'm hopeful they were for the best. I look forward to meeting the new leaders and seeing what they can bring to the table.

Whatever your drug of choice is it will be accepted here. Drug use is condoned and encouraged. Smoking/Vaping in the office is also common

Awful Management. Poor Management is an understatement. I'd rather work for Homeless drug addicts than work for these people. I'd say don't apply here unless you are very desperate for money and can't find another job. They also have extreme quality concerns you will find out about later if you decide to work here. If you work here keep in mind it will not be fair.
