I have been working at Microsoft full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Fast moving and continual change - culture has really shifted to become more focused on innovation and risk taking. High performance expected, but you are surrounded by high quality people.

    Cons

Speed of execution expected sometimes is not always realistic. Some leaders who have been in role for 15 years plus too slow to be moved on, holding back cultural change.

    Advice to Management

    Fire the senior dinosaurs.
