Not enough advances for higher pay

I worked there for a year as an intern. They have a great work environment, new and clean. The company culture and its "atmosphere" are very good. As an intern, I have always had lectures and trainings, and I never felt out of the team, or "lesser", for my status. Actually, I've always felt inserted within the company. (Eu trabalhei lá durante um ano, como estagiário. Eles tem um ótimo ambiente de trabalho, novo, limpo. A cultura da empresa é muito boa também, os programas de treinamento, a atmosfera. Como estagiário, sempre tinham palestras e treinamentos, e nunca me senti fora da equipe, ou "inferior", pelo meu status - muito pelo contrário, sempre estive inserido dentro da empresa!)
