    So many great career opportunities available to anybody that’s a go getter. You can learn a lot about the industry in a very short amount of time here.

    Hard work long hours and not everybody you work with is ambitious and keen to help.

    I have been working at Mindshare full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    - Great company to start your career post-graduate in media or even as your second job - Room for growth and can be moved around to learn about different disciplines - Great company culture; a bit more corporate-feeling compared to other agencies

    Cons

    - Long hours depending on what team you work on. Certain teams get hit hard, so lack of work-life-balance (working past midnight regularly for some individuals). COVID has just made this worse and with no hiring/turnover, it's tough to meet deadlines. - Lots of finger-pointing when a team or person does something wrong.
