There are a decent amount of days off like Thanksgiving and Christmas break. There are also a lot of resources for growth and development if you actively seek them out.
Cons
High turnover leaves teams consistently understaffed. I would not recommend Openmind to a friend. Minorities have to work twice as hard and are often overlooked for promotions regardless of skill level. There is a strong lack of racial and ethnic diversity. You will log off at 6:30pm on a good day but are primarily logging off between 7 and 9 most days. Associate pay is 45k and there is no room for negotiaitons even with promotions.
