The work is challenging but fulfilling, and it's judged on merit rather than hours spent at your desk (it's rare to see someone staying past 6:30pm). Culture is highly human-centred, collaborative and impact-led, and the majority of the leadership team is female. The team is full of impressive technical experts, a significant percentage of which identify as neurodiverse. As a quickly growing startup there are lots of learning and growth opportunities

Like any startup there's always too much to do and not enough time to do it - resulting in occasional short bursts of intense work for deadlines.
