They proud themselves to be transparent but they’re not, they will not tell you what you need to do to increase your salary this will also not go up in the first six months because you’re on probation for 3 (even if you hit the targets) why? No reason because if you want to change and be a Sc then yes you can!and you can have your salary increased please make it make sense? Also be warned you will climb ONLY if you’re active on slack! If you don’t care about this app that looks like a “social media” then you’re a no body. They say that they’re inclusive but they’re not! People will ask you if you are understanding everything (if you’re foreign) even tho you have more education then them 😂 I honestly feel regret every single day of my life for leaving my previous job. Oh also if you change your job role within a badge then your salary will stay the same even if you have more work to do and you’re essentially an expert now. They will allocate holidays and they want you to book your holidays for the next year in advance as if I know what I’m going to do in 6 months 😂 it’s honestly ridiculous, also if you are Sick they will make up a whole meeting and threat to fire you they don’t care if you have covid or you are about to collapse. The training is awful I have never seen such a poor training in a company they will literally throw you in the dark and expect you to know everything, they have this thing called self guided chat and if you dare to ask for help from your coach they they will be rude and tell you that we’re on self guided chat right now but also they expect you to give the correct info to the poor customer. Can’t wait to find a new job and leave this place.
