Pros
Subsidised Catering, mental health can be taken seriously depending on who you are. 1 hour for lunch- but this means you finish at 5:30. Skin will look lovely as you cry that much it kills all bacteria on your face.
Cons
Management do not care, you are treated as just a number. Medical conditions are ignored and if you do suffer from an ailment then you are made to feel as if you are letting down your team and a hinderance to the company. No assessments carried out or accommodations given. Work till 5:30 which unless you live locally or drive means you aren’t getting back till very late of which you then have no down time and then when you get home all you dread is the next day at work. Salary is awful for a 40 hour work week, everyone in the same role earns different amounts. Daily tasks are watched like a hawk. God forbid you don’t answer a phone call within 3 seconds because they want 5000 emails answered within 15 minutes. Don’t think about going to a bathroom break- they’ll take you off your busy status mid stream and cause you not to hit those oh so important “KPIs”
