Pros
Following are the benefits i can count . 1. good env. 2. nice people to work with. 3. Salaries are competitive as I heard , Since I was consultant so Not directly getting the pay from Morgan. 4. Work wise its cool , how ever you have to satisfy yourself with old technologies.
Cons
As contingent if you work you will never be in a team. Because team is consist of all contingents from different Consultancies and not much help ful . my friend took 7 days to just setup the machine . Employees and Consultant no one is caring for the person in problem. NO one has the knowledge of application and system and want every one to understand it in a day . As I am consultant I felt Employees or Morgan Treats you in a different manner. you are standing in Lift or Queue in cafeteria or anywhere if employee passes first see you Id card if it is or red color (Contingents id is of Red color border, Employee are of Blue color)
