      Company Benefits if you are allowed to use them

      Cons

      Employees are given no training and little direction. "Managers" constantly try to step on the toes of other managers. Employees have weeks of unused PTO because they are not allowed to take it, or roll much of it over. Expected overtime on weekends. General vibe is that of simmering anger. People are/will leave because of pay

      Remote working, good commission and friendly management.
