Pros
when I passed probation 2 years ago I left a comment which I was reading back today and I can't believe how much has changed since I joined. yes, it used to be chaos, but things are more clear now, there seems to be a much higher focus on cyber services, good sales plan, good delivery capability, and most importantly, we've had some leadership departures which have brought a breath of fresh air into the business. for a long time I genuinely thought some 'leaders' wanted to run the business to the ground on purpose. I'm actually excited to see what's next now. also, the flexible working, the travel, the exposure to international clients, when a member of my family was ill there was not even a negotiation, I got time given without even asking for it. people here genuinely appreciate people, and I've been well cared for. loyalty is earned, and NCC has earned mine. not saying it's perfect here, but so much better than anywhere I've worked. forever an NCC guy
Cons
we are getting better at communicating things, but there have been delays that have impacted operational delivery, and all the good work that's happening is being shadowed by this. I still think the benefits packages need some work though, and I know we can do better we just choose not to.
